Hello Steve,
This looks like exactly what we need. We are running a small tasting room where we are producing 200/300 gallons a season our first year or two, currently, I’m i need of bottling 10 cases. I am interested in the filter setup as well.
We bought a lake front property in the lake resort region of Otter Tail County, Minnesota. We found a used 36′ grain bin we will be converting into the tasting room. Our house will be constructed on site as well. Target opening date is late August this year. Name: 1910 Beverage Company, LLC with the room titled: 1910 Sip House. This was an old dairy farm and the old barn was painted classic barn red with ‘1910’ on the hay loft door which we salvaged for display in the Sip House.
Thank you
I just received my All In One Pump today. Unboxed it, set it up, and was practicing bottling water in about 45 minutes. Although all I have done so far was practice with water I can tell this is going to be a game changer!! I have 2 Carboys to rack tomorrow and then bottle them in a couple of days. Really excited to move some real wine through this thing! Steve is awesome!
